This British satellite-based system that will monitor the speed limit and apply the brakes or cut out the accelerator if the driver tries to exceed it, is at first blush fun because it would appear to call the bluff of taxaholics who claim ticket cams are meant to save lives, not increase tax revenue.  Then, in a millisecond I realize that of course! We will be charged for this service that protects us against our rotten selves. And,  how the hell can you shoot the hell out of a satellite cam?  I love how they plan to implement it too.

Congestion charge? The Unabomber was right. And yes, I am pissed because I have all this money invested in a B-52,  and now it appears I need  a Vanguard rocket equipped with a shotgun to save the world.  Unless there's one hell of a lot of Pay Pal activity, you guys will be on your own.  I'm serious.
