FOCUS: Dewberries on the Bench Alfalfa Ginsburg
You may find here a number of letters written to President Clinton in 1993, urging him to elevate Judge (thanks to Jimmy Carter) Ruth Bader Ginsburg to Supreme Court.   Missing, however, is the letter that was prolly most influential.  The one from husband Martin Ginsberg that said ... ..
Dear Bill: I have enclosed a check for one million dollars. Sincerely, Marty Ginsburg
I know.  You'll be hard pressed to find mention of it now but, I assure you, at the time there much talk about how Ginzo's hubby was spreading large amounts of moolah amongst the Clinton administration to secure her nomination .. Marty was later a principal mover in the effort to secure the Clinton pardon for mega-crook Marc Rich, again with the cash.  That doesn't make Judge Ginsburg a dirty crook, it just explains how she broke out of the pack - from nowhere- and joined the Supremes.  The real reason I detest her so is stuff like this. In what appear to be violations of federal law and codes of judicial ethics, Ginsburg has participated in more than 20 cases in which her husband owned stock in one of the litigating companies.  While Senate Donk leader Harry Reid is calling Clarence Thomas a lightweight, and embarrassment to the court ... Ginzo is doing stuff like this ...

Her opinions have the force of law. Mine do not, but are way more logical ... like this opinion.  Eat me Judge Ginsburg.

"I did not vote for Obama but he is remarkable. In less than three weeks in office he has collected more than $150,000 in back taxes."
