This is today's health tip for people, especially women in their advancing years (over 20),  what need lots of calcium.  I know what you're saying, don't bother trying to teach me nothing about this, I take 2 calcium pills a day.  Okay, but did you know that calcium pills are little indigestible chunks of rock ...  and are not [hardly] absorbed at all?  That's why Mother Superior takes, and endorses taking, something like Cal-Mag powder mixed in her tea.  And men --. it helps build strong bones 12 ways.  Or, is that Wonder Bread?  Anyway, a word to the wise. 

As an aside, I discovered another use for my Cuisinart George Foreman Griddler Panini -- convenient backdrop for inanimate object photography!  It just never stops giving!
