    I want to be the first person not associated with the loony left to say it.  Being a president who's not a liar and a thief will only get you so far with me and apparently Dubyah has succumbed to dark forces within his administration and crossed the line.  According to this front page New York Times story summary by Matt Drudge, any hope of enjoying four years of principled government from the White House is officially dashed.

"In a stunning U-turn for the Bush administration, the United States has sent a climate report to the United Nations detailing 'specific and far-reaching effects' that it says 'global warming will inflict' on the American environment...
