Suicidal glory is the luxury of the irresponsible.
We're not giving up. We're waiting for a better opportunity to win.

" I don't think I've ever met a Liberal whom I didn't like on a personal basis. That said, if your goal is to change minds and influence people, it's probably not a good idea to begin by asserting that virtually all elected Democrats are liars. But what the hell."

Who Needs Men?

Maureen Dowd ... shrivelled, barren, and bitter
"Men haven't turned away from smart, successful women because they're smart and successful. More likely they've turned away because the feminist movement that encouraged women to be smart and successful also encouraged them to be hostile and demeaning to men.

"Whatever was wrong, men did it...At the same time women wanted men to be wage earners, they also wanted them to act like girlfriends: to time their contractions, feed and diaper the baby, and go antiquing...And then, when whatshisname inevitably lapsed into guy-ness, women wanted him to disappear. If children were involved, women got custody and men got an invoice. The eradication of men and fathers from children's lives has been feminism's most despicable accomplishment." -- "Feminism's devolution from hoaxers to whores" By Kathleen Parker

"I did not vote for Obama but he is remarkable. In less than three weeks in office he has collected more than $150,000 in back taxes."

Who Needs Men?
I do! I love my husband of 30yrs.

Poor Maureen, she must've bought into it all (70's way back machine).

This Christmas season we were invited to a get together at the neighbor's, who happens to be an M.D.(not career dropping, just making a point). It was such a pleasure to meet so many people "highly educated" who chose to stay at home because their children and family life were "worth it."

Our 1st was born in 1978. At parties, people would ask me, "What do you do?" answer,"I'm a stay at home mom." response, "OH..." *nose-in-air upon-stepping-away-from-pile-of useless-poop*

heh..NOW, not only a valuable choice, but "fashionable." God Bless Mommachas Everwhere!! joyce
