Suicidal glory is the luxury of the irresponsible.
We're not giving up. We're waiting for a better opportunity to win.

" I don't think I've ever met a Liberal whom I didn't like on a personal basis. That said, if your goal is to change minds and influence people, it's probably not a good idea to begin by asserting that virtually all elected Democrats are liars. But what the hell."

Maryland's Crime Problem: The Democratic Party
Maryland's Democratic party is so ... what's the words?  corrupt, unscrupulous, filthy, ... ah, let's just use "democrats."  These are the guys who engineered, via Chuck Schumer's senate staff, the felony theft of  Lt. Governor of the State of Maryland, Michael S. Steele's credit report.  Steele, a black Republican running for Paul Sarbane's senate seat, has been pelted with Oreo cookies, and subjected to all sort of racial attacks by loving Maryland democrats.  Whoa, am I getting carried away .. Please follow me, because this is hysterical ..

Last February I wrote about Baltimore's Donk (duh) Mayor Martin O'Malley.  About rumors that he had been trysting news babe Sade Baderinwa. The rumor went that O'Malley had knocked her up, and when a hit and run driver ran her down in New York, causing her to lose the baby, rumors were hot that O'Malley was behind the contract.  Baltimore's Sunpapers, naturally, refused to touch the story until they found  a scapegoat.  Joseph Steffen,  aide to Republican Gov.. Bob Ehrlich, was discovered to be the person who leaked these rumors to FreeRepublic.com, which caused it to go national..  The Sun did attack Steffen, and he was fired.

But, now, FreeRepublic's Jimbo Robinson is releasing information that he dug up (read it all here - "Web Site Operator Sounds Off On MD4Bush") that shows that Steffen was set up.

Democrats, knowing the story was out there, wanted it in the open so they could attack it, and they wanted to pin it on a Republican.  Ryan O'Doherty, who  at the time worked for the Maryland Democratic Party, fed Steffen stories and urged him to talk about them.  When he did, Democarts leaked to the Sun that  Republicans were behind thee ugly rumors .....

As testament to that newspaper's famous political bias, yesterday's big question in Baltimore was, will the Sun cover this ? It has.

"I did not vote for Obama but he is remarkable. In less than three weeks in office he has collected more than $150,000 in back taxes."
Gayle Miller
I'm pretty sure I saw most of this story on an episode of Law and Order (oxymoron). I laughed out loud w/this one from the article,

"Under no circumstances does the Maryland Democratic Party condone personal attacks even as a response to a personal attack or a dirty trick by the Ehrlich administration," Walker said. HA
