THEIR MTV: Yesterday's Tampa Tribune cites the arrests of three men in Florida for stealing cable power-supply boxes as part of an international smuggling ring. Officials say that the 50-pound boxes ripped off poles in Florida and other states are going to South America, primarily Colombia. Florida Department of Law Enforcement agent Rick Singer told the paper that it's no coincidence that the cable caper echoes other illegal traffic between the U.S. and Columbia, because "it's a drug operation in reverse."  WSJ
