" I don't think I've ever met a Liberal whom I didn't like on a personal basis. That said, if your goal is to change minds and influence people, it's probably not a good idea to begin by asserting that virtually all elected Democrats are liars. But what the hell."

Bad Judgement
See this is what I'm talking about.  It's bad enough that federal judges think they can legislate willy-nilly, but when they openly attack congress on the rare occasion when that legislative body does what it's supposed to, I go for the flame thrower.  Judge William G. Young [you look him up, Clinton or Carter?] stepped way out  of line by openly criticizing  congress for passing the REAL ID Act, a law that makes it harder [praise  god] for immigrants to gain amnesty.  With the powers invested in me by Blogocity, I hereby strip you of your judgeship Mr.Young, and am deporting you to Timbuktu, or some place where monkeys can have their way with you.

"I did not vote for Obama but he is remarkable. In less than three weeks in office he has collected more than $150,000 in back taxes."

Roger, I think you need to do some homework on the READ ID thing. While it might be a good tool in stopping terrorists (and even THAT is debateable), It will be far worse on the liberties of the rest of us. Start by visiting Claire Wolfe's web page. Or you can also go to realidrebellion.blogspot.com

Nominated by Ronald Reagan.

I'll yield to your argument that the bill contains bad stuff, but that's not what the judge was complaining about. And even if he was, I do not concede that a court EVER has the right to overturn legislation. Ever.
