I scrap booked this Kim duToit rant earlier in the week because I was busy, and still am, but what the hell.  This is a very special gun rant, because he gets to the heart and soul of  lots of stuff.  On the surface it's about a New Jersey legislator's brainstorm to allow the state to confiscate the cars and homes of people found in possession of an unregistered gun (rifles, shotguns, you name it).  More specifically, Kim addresses why this issue did not cause the feared Red Curtain of Blood to descend over him ...

"Simple answer: it didn’t happen in the United States of America, but in New Jersey."

And there you have it.  The beauty of  federalism, that so many of us are willing to throw away, because we've become a nation of busy bodied fish wives who can't stand that someone, someplace, is doing stuff different.  Am I right?

The current struggle by leftists in congress, to perpetuate activist courts,  has everything to do with their desire to centralize their authority over us, so Acccccchhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!.  See, now that RCOB has blanketed me, and I can't think straight.
